Dynamic Bullion Pricing & Transparency
To provide genuine value without hidden margins, our jewelry prices are computed dynamically in real-time based on precious metal market indices (Gold rates via Moonstar live streaming).
All listed prices are inclusive of mandatory 3% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Once an order payment is successfully authorized, your price is irrevocably locked against future market fluctuations.
Custom Orders, Engravings & Complimentary Resizing
We empower our patrons to personalize metal colors (Yellow, White, Rose Gold), purities (9K, 14K, 18K), and personalized text engravings.
Complimentary 30-Day Ring Resizing:
We offer one complimentary ring resize (up to ±1 size standard tolerance) within 30 days of product delivery for eligible standard ring designs.
100% Insured Shipping & Secure Handover
All shipments originating from our boutique studio are 100% transit-insured with specialized high-value carriers (SEQUEL Logistics, AMBE XPRESS). Delivery handover is strictly executed upon verification of an SMS OTP sent to the recipient's registered mobile number.
Lifetime Exchange & 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty
All LEELA creations are accompanied by a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing structural defects. Beyond the warranty period, your piece enjoys perpetual liquidity through our Lifetime Exchange (100% Gold + 80% Diamond value) and Lifetime Buyback (100% Gold + 70% Diamond value) policies.
Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, bespoke 3D CAD jewellery designs, product imagery, video content, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of LEELA Fine Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial emulation is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, LEELA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our aggregate liability for any proven claim shall not exceed the actual invoice value paid for the contested product.
